Garden State Governor Chris Christie was not invited to attend President Barack Obama's roundtable discussion on the economy with small business owners in Edison, New Jersey today. Christie did greet Obama at Newark Liberty International Airport, but did get on the guest list for the economic talk at the landmark "Tastee Sub Shop."

The President ordered lunch at the counter. He went for the 6-inch "Super Sub." Obama said that at age 48 (soon to be 49) it would not have been a good idea to get the 12-inch sub sandwich.

This has nothing to do with the President eating there, but if you're ever near Edison, New Jersey and you've never been to the "Tastee Sub Shop" I suggest you go out of your way to find it. The subs really are that good. I commend the President's advance team for recommending the location.
