Tomorrow, Governor Chris Christe is expected to sign into law the statutory 2% cap on property tax increases. It took several days for Assembly Speaker Sheila Oliver to publicly support the deal that yesterday she called, "Imperfect."
Also tomorrow, a new Monmouth University/Gannett New Jersey Press Media poll will be released. The survey asks New Jersey residents their thoughts on the cap. The findings are very interesting.
